This project aims at sending a group of 30 students on a the three-week training at Fenice Park of Renewable Energy, Padova, Italy.
Participants must be from the 11th grade with a basic educational training in the field of energy and renewable energy sources. These young people need training in new skills and qualifications to facilitate their professional development and increase their employability.
The purpose of the vocational training is the acquisition of skills, knowledge and know-how in the energy sector: renewable energy sources (RES), energy efficiency and energy management (ISO 50001). As a result, the beneficiaries of the project will improve their skills and competences in this area. They will be able also to exchange innovative methods and technologies for environmental protection, as well as enhancing their intercultural and language competences.
For the aim of the project students will pass pedagogical, educational and cultural preparation, as well as a course in basic Italian language in Bulgaria before their Mobility. Furthermore, during the three-week training in Italy, beneficiaries will have the opportunity to acquire specialized knowledge and skills in energy efficiency and RES, which will increase their chances to continue their education in the same area and find better job opportunities. This knowledge will be certified by certificates which will significantly expand career opportunities for participants.
